Information And Resource Referral Center (I&RR) Project
The Information and Resource Referral Center (I&RR) project receives inquiries from consumers, rehabilitation services providers, researchers, family members, and professionals (including medical, legal, educational and psychological personnel) on topics ranging from where to find a guide dog school, to providing current legislative contacts.
The I&RR's database system includes information on the following services and programs: rehabilitation services, education services, consumer organizations, low vision services, library and instructional services, professional preparation programs, radio reading services, blinded veteran services, guide dog schools, regional offices of the American Foundation for the Blind (AFB), the Helen Keller National Center (HKNC), Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA), recreation and sports information, information about specific eye diseases and research resources.
The Database System on the Internet can be accessed from the I&RR Home Page through the "Information and Networks" Link.
