Healthy Sugarless Cookies

Here's what you'll need:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1-1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1 tsp. allspice 1-1/2 cups raisins
  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 cup quick oats

Here's what to do:

  1. Mix dry ingredients and add remaining ingredients to moisten.
  2. Drop teaspoonfuls onto greased (or parchment paper lined) cookie sheets.
  3. Bake at 375 for 12 minutes.
